When we started selling on Amazon® in October 2013, it was a simple question; can you really make money doing this?
In 2014 we went from the outside looking in on FBA, to having over $250k in sales. The sales numbers are impressive, but we were doing that while working 40+ hours at a full time job still. Oh, there was also a baby in the house, under 2 years old. Not to mention our daughter who was born in November 2014.
For 2015, the goal was to step the selling up, what can you do working a full time job, as a network engineer, and sell on Amazon? The answer was simple, work hard, very hard and you can do just over $750k in sales.
There is still a void that is needing to be filled when it comes to Amazon® and FBA. A prep center that is willing and able to take on not only Online Arbitrage, Wholesale, Private Label, but Retail Arbitrage. We decided to tackle what most centers will shy away from. Yes, prepping retail products take time, but it is still a win for everyone involved.
Prepping products for Amazon® should not cost you 50% of your potential profit. You shouldn’t have to pay fees to get started or 2x-4x the price of a box to ship the product in. It’s about being reasonbly priced and proper communication, we are here to work with you, not against you when it comes to being profitable.
After attending ScanPower Orlando 2016, we decided to move forward with the prep center and fix what’s missing. We networked with others and it all started with attending that one conference (Thanks Chris Green).
